Eligibility for Refunds:

If you are not approved for medical cannabis by the provider through TexasCannabis.org, you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee for your certification appointment.

Scope of Service Rendered:

Once you have been approved by a provider through TexasCannabis.org, our service is considered fully rendered, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

State Denials and Ineligibility:

We want to make it clear that if the state organization for medical cannabis denies your application or you are ineligible to apply as a medical patient, we are unable to issue a refund for your certification appointment. Our refund policy only covers the provider's approval process.

Cancellations, Missed, and Unconfirmed Appointments:

To be eligible for a refund, please cancel your booked appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, appointments that did not fill out an intake form and did not cancel the booking at least 24 hours in advance, or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Qualifying refunds are processed on the same day and can take 5-10 business days to be reflected on the credit card statement, depending on the card-issuing bank.
